I’m the RUCCL 2017 Success Story Speaker!

Updated: Apr 24, 2020

I can never thank Kitty Griffin, Trinka Hakes Noble, and Tara Lazar enough.

Usually, a conference makes me stress a little about what-to-wear. But now – NOW! – I get to stress A LOT about . . . WHAT TO SAY!!!

October 21.

That’s coming up!

I better get busy.

An outfit AND a speech!?!

Bring on the chocolate chips!

Chocolate chips are definitely in order (under any circumstances), but know you also have an audience of people like me…happy for your success and eager to eat up every word you utter. Plus, I was born in Pittsburgh and lived there for many years, so you know I have to be friendly.

Kathleen Elken September 20, 2017 at 2:28 pm - Reply Thanks Kate. I look forward to meeting you, too! I hope your prep is going well…I currently live in Naples, FL and have been a bit distracted by Hurricane Irma evacuation and now repairs. Great to have power again!

I am so impressed by the wisdom and encouragement you provided with so many cool references such as Amy Schumer’s book, your sons playing basketball, and Mother Teresa. Thank you so much!
